Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, managing personnel-related processes, and overseeing employee benefits. The Human Resources Specialist will support a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Day-to-day responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and assisting in the professional development of team members.

Qualifications


* Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management
* Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related processes
* Familiarity with Personnel Management best practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Previous experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
