Main responsibilities:

Providing personalised and discreet service to our guests.

Supervising and training the butler team.

Ensuring excellence in service standards and adherence to the Mayfez lifestyle.

Required profile:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality

Natural leadership, keen sense of service and perfection

Fluent English, any other language is an asset
