Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Marrakesh. The Chef de Rang will be responsible for managing a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive high-quality service. Tasks include setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen and bar staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and supporting other team members as needed to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
* Experience in table setting, order taking, and food & beverage service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
* Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is beneficial
