KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing our key dealer network and managing direct sales channels across the entire territory of Morocco, with the ultimate goal of fostering long-term, profitable.
Main Tasks:
* Develop current Dealer and Direct National Accounts and secure additional business with plans to achieve sales and market share targets.
* Ensure go-to-market strategies are executed effectively & efficiently.
* Generate product sales through product demonstrations.
* Develop sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
* Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans, e.g. advertising, promotion campaigns, promotional activities, market and competitor research.
* Building and maintaining an effective dealer/distributor/service agent network.
* Ensure that all sales activities and pipeline are recorded on OneView (CRM)
* Participate in trade shows, field days, customer events, training/presentation events, etc.
* Analyse market needs and trends, identify support programs and initiatives to drive profitable growth and meet sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Sales background with a major in International business, Engineering, Management and Marketing. Advanced English.
KNOWLEDGE AND SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Sales leadership and key account management experience within a commercial environment.
* Demonstrated the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
* Understands consumer and trade products and processes.
* Valid and current drivers licence
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 Years of experience in an extensive industrial environment with good knowledge of the Moroccan industrial tissue ( Steel Plant, Cement, Mining, Automotive, Paper, Food, Etc...). Best profiles fitting with the position.
Background with multinational companies is a plus.
