Key Responsibilities:


* Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings
* Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff or clients
* Oversee office management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Gather, analyze, and present data to assist in decision-making processes
* Support projects and initiatives by coordinating timelines and deliverables

Requirements


Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or in another high-level administrative role, with 2+ years of experience preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other project management tools.

A proactive, problem-solving approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.


Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
