Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Morocco. The Administrative Officer will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including general administration, customer service, and providing administrative assistance. Responsibilities also include organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and effectively communicating with staff and students.
Qualifications
Skills in General Administration
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience
Compensation
* Monthly salary: 4,000–5,000 MAD, depending on experience and qualifications
