DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Location: Morocco, Casablanca

You will be a part of a New Business Team,

Reporting to: Territory Account Manager New Business DZ/TN

Business Unit: Fortinet

Full responsibility for recruiting, developing, and retaining business within a named set of partner accounts across the Vendor Portfolio

Managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base.

Working with Exclusive Networks Territory Account Manager to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the Vendor's products and services.

Giving support to Sales function, responsible for Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process (quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and troubleshooting other customer problems)

Acting as Product Specialist and developing knowledge of Vendor product portfolio

Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets set by the Sales Director

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborating with other departments such as operation, logistics and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Staying up to date with industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES| About you


* Proven experience in digital sales or a related field (At least 18 months)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently as part of a team and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with digital sales tools and technologies
* Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.
* Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in using à Oracle Netsuite system and other sales tools.
