Job Summary
The Channel Sales Manager will create and fulfill sales plans to achieve set targets, managing distributors and resellers, and identifying market opportunities to win new business within the Morocco market. The role involves leading customer relationship management, preparing sales reports, & collaborating with marketing & product managers to drive sales and market strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do
* Create and fulfill the sales plan and achieve sales target set by the management.
* Handle the distributors and the resellers. Identify market opportunities and new customers to win new business.
* Follow-up potential customers allocated by the management & be capable of making deals with them.
* Lead customer relationship management work; keep good and long-term relationships with key customers.
* Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales order and sales forecast report. Be responsible for order, hit rate and other target, submit sales data to management and HQ monthly.
* Cooperate with marketing manager for marketing event and exhibition activities.
* Cooperate with product manager for solution and prepare necessary information and requirement.
* Collect and submit the information required by the management including but not limited to the market trend, the competitors’ analysis, and other relevant information to help the company to make proper strategies.
Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below
* Bachelor’s degree and high-level experience in major power electric system
* Over 3 years’ experience as sales manager in electric field or relevant.
* Familiarity with local electrical market such as ABB, Schneider, Hager, BMS, AMCis preferable.
* Self-Motivated, Proactive & ability to work under pressure to meet the given sales targets.
* Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word. Excel, Power Point)
* Good presentation skills especially in front of a large audience.
* Good Communication skills and well versed in English Language.
