We're looking for a Business Development Scout to join us at a pivotal moment — fast growth, bold expansion into new markets, and a product with strong traction. You’ll be one of the first in our growth team, working directly with the founders to run smart, strategic outbound outreach and open doors across the Construction industry in the US and Europe. * Bilingual communicator – You speak and write fluently in both English and French
* Outcome-driven – You’re energized by goals and love seeing prospects convert into excited users
* Comfortable with outreach – You're at ease on cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn DMs — and know how to get noticed
* Curious & adaptive – You learn fast, adapt to new industries, and bring fresh ideas to the table
* Pitch-smart – You understand how to communicate value clearly and concisely


What You'll Work On

* Run outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads in North America and Europe
* Book intro meetings with sales leaders in Construction
* Test outreach scripts and messaging, share insights to improve conversion
* Track and analyze pipeline performance — you’re not just a caller, you're a growth partner
* Be the face of Echow for hundreds of prospects


What You Bring

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound roles
* Fluent in English and French (required)
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Bonus: Experience selling software or working in B2B/SMB segments
