About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our customer base and expand our impact. In this role, you’ll generate and qualify leads, engage with prospects, and play a critical role in driving sales of Dassault Systèmes Solutions throughout the UK, Ireland, Nordic and Benelux regions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–5 years of experience in software sales or business development who’s eager to grow their career in a high-tech, forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
* Engage prospective customers via phone, email and social selling to understand their needs and introduce PLM solutions.
* Schedule meetings and demos for account executives and solution consultants.
* Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using CRM.
* Work closely with marketing and sales on campaigns and events to drive interest.
* Stay up to date on Dassault Systèmes offerings, PLM trends, and customer use cases.
* Help refine sales messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversion.

Qualifications

* 1–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, inside sales, or business development.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
* Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or product development is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field).
