JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Ensure that the and normal on a daily basis
* Monitor Sales team's visits frequencies
* Knowledge of preparing a quotation
* Prepares non-technical correspondence (letters, meeting notes, presentations and proposals)
* Responsible for file archiving and storage
* Provide general administrative support to Sales & Marketing team
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a graduate - Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years in the same role
* Strong communication skills
* With experience in creating reports and presentations
* Possess good project management skills: such as planning, organizing, executing, and controlling business projects and activities
* Data analysis skills for collecting, processing, interpreting, and presenting business data and information
