With a strong commercial network in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, and Morocco, they are present in more than 35 countries.
Currently, they are actively looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of the construction and coatings sector in Morocco, driving new business opportunities and strengthening their market position.
📌 Your Mission
🎯 Develop and execute the commercial strategy in the assigned region, aligned with the company’s global objectives.
🎯 Keep the business strategy up to date (market intelligence, benchmarking, etc.) to position the company as a leader in competitive markets.
🎯 Manage and expand the client portfolio, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent service.
🎯 Support the growth and improvement of the product portfolio.
🎯 Prepare and monitor annual sales and expense budgets.
🎯 Negotiate strategic agreements with clients and suppliers, ensuring competitive conditions.
🎯 Attend industry fairs and events to identify new opportunities and market trends.
🎯 Optimize stock and procurement management, ensuring the profitability of the business unit.
🎯 Oversee the approval of new suppliers.
🎯 Coordinate technical support for clients with the corresponding department.
💡 What Makes You Stand Out?
✅ Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial experience in selling chemical products or raw materials.
✅ Knowledge of the construction & coatings sector is highly valued.
✅Advanced level of English.
✅ Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships.
✅ Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a strategic and analytical approach.
✅ High level of influence and impact.
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Morocco).
