We are hiring an Administrative Officer to support our daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient office management.


Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure overall organization
* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
* Handle office provisions and procurement
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars for leadership and teams
* Support onboarding and HR administrative tasks
* Handle basic budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Assist with internal communication and office announcements
* Organize team events and office activities


Minimum Requirements:

* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
* Good organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace


Preferred but not required:

* Experience with bookkeeping or budgeting
* Familiarity with HR processes or tools
