At Gemography, we’re on a mission to connect talented engineers from Africa & LATAM with fast-growing companies worldwide. As we scale, we need an Admin Coordinator to help keep our Admin & People Ops engine running smoothly.
What you'll do
* Own calendars, travel plans, meeting logistics, and filing systems
* Keep the office stocked, manage equipment, vendor contracts, and invoices
* Prepare expense reports, support bank reconciliations, and light bookkeeping
* Handle HR touchpoints: answer questions, schedule interviews, onboard new hires
* Coordinate team meet-ups, events, and company celebrations
* Monitor our talent inbox, deliver friendly support, and flag issues when needed
You have
* 2+ years in administration, office management, or customer service
* Fluent English & French (Arabic a plus)
* Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI-powered tools
* A people-first attitude, friendly, reliable, and discreet
* Based in or near Rabat with flexibility for hybrid work
