Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced bilingual Administrative Assistant for a long-term collaboration. You will work closely with executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and action items with executives.
* Assist with client calls, estimates, and internal/external communication.
* Support projects, database management, and administrative tasks.
* Manage office operations, supplies, and service provider coordination.
* Prepare and edit documents, conduct research, and analyze data.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Administrative Assistance
* Strong communication skills in French and English (verbal and written)
* Laptop or desktop computer, less than 5 years (Windows is a must)
* Strong mastery in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent time management & organization skills
* Motivated team player who takes initiative
The candidate must be open to work the following schedule:
* Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (EST - We are based in Canada)
Salary:
* From 9,000 to 11,000 Dhs
