As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by addressing the SDR qualified leads, managing key client accounts, and supporting the full sales cycle—from lead qualificaiton to closing. You will play a critical role in expanding Nexaya’s customer base and helping structure the sales process from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition & Prospecting
* Identify and engage prospective clients using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold outreach campaigns.
* Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and deliver persuasive presentations.
* Sales Pipeline Management
* Maintain and update client data and deal stages in Odoo CRM.
* Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and contract closings.
* Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with clients, understand their pain points, and position Nexaya’s offerings as solutions.
* Upsell and cross-sell additional services where applicable.
* Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with project managers, IT, marketing, and cybersecurity teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
* Report weekly progress, KPIs, and market insights to the Head of Sales.
* Proposal & Content Development
* Assist in creating tailored proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and other sales collateral.
Qualifications
* 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, consulting, or cybersecurity.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and French.
* Experience with CRM tools (preferably cockpit), outreach platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn).
* Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Understanding of African and/or MENA markets is a plus.
