Responsibilities

As a UX Designer at Atracio, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and user-centric designs for our ERP system. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
* Designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for new features and enhancements.
* Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
* Creating design systems and maintaining consistency across the user interface.
* Advocating for user-centered design principles and best practices within the development team.
* Collaborating with developers to implement and bring designs to life.
* Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
* Understanding of web development technologies and constraints.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing for enterprise-level applications or ERP systems.
* Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
* Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in design.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
