Redstone Commodity Search are working with a major global trading firm looking to hire a Trading and Distribution Sales Administrator to join their commercial team in Casablanca. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support trading operations and logistics across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate communication, scheduling, and logistics to support the commercial team’s daily operations.
* Manage order processing and documentation, including invoices, letters of credit, and maintaining accurate records.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transaction execution and delivery of goods.
* Support financial processes, including payment management, debt tracking, and communication with local banks and credit insurers.
* Provide administrative assistance to traders, managers, and directors, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments.
Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma or university degree in Administration, Business, or Management.
* Prior experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of order management and letters of credit handling.
* Familiarity with Oracle, VBA, and SAP is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
