Operator & Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth logistics processes.

2.Identify and develop new suppliers, collect and organize quotation data.

3.Assist the manager in supplier management, including evaluation, communication, and coordination.

4.Maintain customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries and enhancing satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, with solid knowledge of shipping lines' operational procedures.

2.Familiarity with land transportation processes between Morocco and Europe.

3.Understanding of import/export customs clearance procedures at major Moroccan ports.

4.Proficient in English and French (both written and verbal communication).

5.Strong teamwork spirit, capable of collaborating effectively across departments to achieve common goals.

6.Passion for the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

7.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
