Scope:
This role will support the sales team with connecting suppliers, gets best prices and submit offers to customers , follow up quotation, increase win/hit ratio & handle the shipment/routing order .
Responsibilities:
* Involve in maintaining good relationship with new customers.
* Aims to create new customer portfolio
* Organize customer visit of sales team.
* Conducts good relations with suppliers and customers
* Issue offers, quotation & S hipping orders (SO)
* Obey PSA BDP procedures during preparing offfers.
* Priorites to keep profit high during the sales
* Prepare sales and marketing related reports where management requested
* To get feedback from customer, and a s sist to solve their problems
* To prevent action against economic damage related with customer-oriented situations
* Committed to BDP’s internal procedures in filing documents
* Participate department meetings.Participate department related trainings.
* Acts in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
* O bey Health and Safety rules.
* Handling Routing Order and Overseas shipment communication/coordination
* Coordination with Operation team & Sales team for smooth handling of shipment and milestones on timely manner.

▪ Answers price offer request in 2 hrs.
▪ Fix weekly 10+ appointments
▪ 75 quotation Per week
▪ 35%-win ratio of total Enquiry received (75)

Qualifications/Experience
* M inimum of 2 years business experience in sales support or telemarketing at freight forwarding company
* Fluent in E nglish – written and verbal communication
* Computer Skills: Outstanding Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
