SAP Key user

We are hiring SAP Key User supply chain to be in charge of the following tasks:

1.     Provide day-to-day operational support to the plant by closely monitoring the GOGI report; identify errors and define corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

2.     Act as the primary business liaison for all SAP-related enhancements, improvements, and adjustments.

3.     Participate in SAP implementation activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT2), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and preparation of training documentation for SAP EWM.

4.     Deliver on-site training to the supply chain team to ensure correct and efficient usage of SAP.

5.     Support and contribute to overall change management initiatives related to SAP implementation and user adoption.

6.     Map and document current and future business processes in alignment with SAP project requirements.

7.     Define and validate reporting requirements to support data-driven business decisions in SAP.

8.     Review, refine, and maintain user procedures, manuals, and training materials.

9.     Support the execution of cutover tasks and go-live readiness activities as defined by the deployment team.

10.  Provide support and expertise in SAP EWM to ensure efficient warehouse operations and seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Your Prerequisites:

11.  University/ Master’s degree in Logistics / SCM / Manufacturing engineering.

12.  -      Previous experience as SAP key user EWM

13.  -         Strong analytical and problems skills.

14.  -      Self-organized, structured/methodical, takes initiative.

15.  -      You have very strong knowledge of SAP.

16.  -      You are fluent in French and English.

17.  -      Teamwork orientation.

18.  -      3 Years of experience.
