🎯 Position overview

We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to join our Quality, Environment and Sustainability Department in our Tanger branch. This role plays a key part in supporting our international operations, ensuring quality compliance, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a methodical and analytical professional with experience in quality management who is motivated to grow within a dynamic, international organization.

🔧 Key responsibilities

* Receive and manage customer complaints (internal and external).
* Analyze non-conformities (QN, 8D, etc.) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
* Monitor KPIs and perform statistical analysis.
* Handle returns and claims, preparing technical reports when needed.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans.
* Manage incident reporting and follow-up with insurance providers and assessors.
* Ensure documentation compliance across all sites (e.g., via SharePoint).
* Create and update procedures and operational instructions.
* Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Support and participate in internal, external, and client audits.
* Deliver internal training sessions and collaborate with different departments.

🧠 Profile

* University degree in a relevant field (Quality, Environment, Engineering, etc.).
* Previous experience in a similar position is required.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* High customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

🌐 Language requirements

* Spanish – fluent (required for communication with HQ in Spain).
* English – fluent (required).
* French – highly valued.
* Arabic – a plus.

🛠️ Technical skills

* Proficiency in office software and quality management tools.
* Experience with KPIs and international standards (ISO, SQAS, GDP, HACCP, EU PARKING) is a plus.

📅 Contract: Full-time, permanent

🕘 Working hours: Monday to Friday
