Quality Assurance Specialist

1. Role Purpose:

To ensure that Transmed inventory is in accordance with quality assurance standards in order to improve the quality of our storage conditions.

1. Accountabilities:

Team Management

* Organizes and staffs the team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of organizational excellence.
* Provides the team with adequate coaching, mentoring and training in order to achieve the desired business results and sustain Organizational Excellence and competitive advantage.

Warehouse Quality Control

* Inspects the quality of all incoming shipments to ensure they are in compliance with the required standards and in good condition.
* Prepares the adequate vouchers/documentation of damage stocks and make sure they are properly updated on the system.
* Makes sure that all necessary records and documentation are within standards.
* Implements storage regulations to protect product quality.
* Conducts regularly QA audit in the warehouse to ensure compliance

Certifications

* Ensures HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards.
* Updates and Implements all necessary SOP’s to ensure certifications compliance.

House Keeping

* Ensures Cleanliness and tidiness of stores and adherence to safety and security procedure to achieve QA score.

Transmed Purpose

* Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

* Role Requirements

* Bachelor degree in Food science or similar field
* 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar environment
* Excellent computer skills: Excel
* Good reporting skills
* Fluent In French and Arabic
* Good English
