Job Description

* Manages and supervises the Value Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
* Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Value Chain Management
* Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
* Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
* Manages and supervises multiple org units within Value Chain Management
* Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth

Qualifications

* Bac +5 or equivalent Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in value chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position
* Proven track record in optimising end-to-end supply chain operations and implementing best practices
* Strong understanding of lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
* Expertise in supply chain technologies and digital transformation initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost optimisation
* Excellent communication skills in both English and French; additional languages are advantageous
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
* Change management experience and ability to drive organisational transformation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
