The Role: E-Commerce Logistics Operations Executive

As an “E-Commerce Logistics Operations Executive”, you will be responsible for coordinating the third-party logistics service providers who render warehousing and cargo/courier services. In order to achieve both operational and customer targets, you will consistently track and improve the performance of the service providers while holding them accountable to service KPIs. You will do risk analysis studies, define the counter measures and make sure that the necessary actions are accomplished on time. You will collaborate with the business units, identify problems, align on the roadmap and focus on the execution.

Job Duties:

* Tracking the end-to-end e-fulfillment process of customer orders in coordination with 3PL companies,
* Conducting daily operational review meetings with service providers and related business units. Moderating the meeting by presenting the actual performance, the performance gap, root causes and defining counter measures,
* Preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports and following-up SLAs with service providers,
* Ensuring the execution of the defined operational standards and processes in cargo and courier processes. Carrying out improvement and preventive studies in this respect.

Job Requirements:

Education & Language Skills

* University Degree.
* Excellent command of the English Language (written & verbal).
* Preferably 5-7 years with retail experience in a similar position.

Professional Expertise

* Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, 3PL warehousing management and order management,
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and cargo operations,
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,
* Understanding of warehouse management software,
* The ability to solve problems, organize and plan
* The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
* Ability to communicate clearly with shareholders.
