Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Team Leader – UK University Admissions & Student Recruitment to join our growing team in Casablanca.

In this role, you will not only manage and motivate a team of Admissions Counsellors but also handle your own portfolio of students and recruitment targets. You will be expected to lead from the front achieving individual student recruitment goals while driving your team to meet collective branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Counselling

* Conduct tele-counselling and face-to-face consultations with prospective students.
* Provide tailored UK university and course recommendations based on students’ academic and career goals.
* Support students through the full application cycle: university selection, personal statements, application submissions, interviews, and visa guidance.
* Achieve personal student recruitment targets while ensuring high conversion rates.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Admissions Counsellors to achieve branch targets.
* Monitor daily activities, student pipelines, and application progress on the CRM system.
* Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
* Set clear objectives for individuals and the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Business Development & Relationship Management

* Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, and education partners.
* Represent AHZ at student fairs, partner meetings, outreach events, and webinars.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and support marketing campaigns to grow AHZ’s presence in Morocco.

Requirements
* Minimum 3–4 years of experience in international student recruitment, with a strong focus on UK universities.
* Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the UK Higher Education system, UCAS, and student visa processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver results both individually and through a team.
* Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
* Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
