🔍 The Profile We're Looking For (Our Requirements):

We are seeking professionals who share our commitment to excellence. To guarantee the quality of our courses, candidates must meet the following requirements:

* Academic Background (Essential): You hold a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in English Language and Literature, TEFL/TESOL, Education, or an equivalent field.
* Pedagogical Experience (Mandatory): You have significant and combined experience in:
* Teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL/ESL).
* Leading online classes.
* Digital Proficiency: Online teaching holds no secrets for you. You have an excellent command of video conferencing tools (Google Meet) and virtual classroom management techniques.
* Technical Prerequisites: You have a reliable computer, a high-speed internet connection (Fiber optic), and a quiet work environment.
