Hours: 24-28~ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. But might change as per client need

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist to support our aerospace client with supplier performance in Casablanca, Morocco. This role involves working on-site with the client’s supplier to ensure on-time part deliveries, track production progress, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier performance management, production tracking, and working with composite materials. This is a critical role aimed at resolving delays, improving supplier accountability, and ensuring production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct weekly on-site visits to monitor supplier performance and work-in-progress (WIP).
* Identify and resolve part delivery delays to maintain production schedules.
* Collaborate with suppliers to improve workflow efficiency and adherence to delivery commitments.
* Track and report key performance metrics related to supplier production and delivery.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to escalate and address critical supply chain issues.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience in supplier performance management, logistics, or supply chain coordination within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of composite materials and their manufacturing processes (preferred).
* Ability to work independently and manage on-site supplier relations effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks in supply chain operations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align supplier activities with project goals.
* Proficiency in tracking WIP and analyzing supplier performance data.
