Production Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage teams, oversee various production activities, and ensure the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for his assigned production lines.
* Prepare performance reports, including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis.
* Responsible for the production process per line and preparing production schedules.
* Allocates manpower on production lines.
* Responsible for maximizing the OEE percentage through decreasing all types of waste.
* Coordinates with the Maintenance department to implements the maintenance plan for his assigned production lines so as not to disturb production targets.
* Ensure the implementation of cleaning and sanitation schedules on time and in full according to company standards for his assigned lines.
* Review and update the SOPs for assigned lines.

Qualifications

* Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry.
* Ability to work in shifts.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills to understand contexts and develop action plans.
