Stock Manager – SAPINO, Casablanca

Fluency in both French and English is required

As part of our continued partnership with a recognized player in the glass industry, we are recruiting a Stock Manager based in SAPINO – Casablanca.

Main Mission:

The Stock Manager ensures optimal management of glass products by guaranteeing a smooth supply chain and efficient distribution between the main warehouse and regional centers across Morocco.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Organize product flows between the main warehouse and distribution centers.

Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock inventories and forecast needs.

Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with center managers for alignment.

Logistics Optimization: Continuously improve supply chain processes for greater efficiency.

Team Supervision: Lead and train the stock team.

Reporting: Monitor discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and ensure regular and structured reporting.

Profile:

Education: Bachelor's or equivalent (Bac+3/4) in Logistics, Stock Management, or Supply Chain.

Experience: 4 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the industrial or distribution sectors.

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, particularly Odoo.

Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of both French and English is mandatory.
