Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional table service
* Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay orders to kitchen staff
* Serve meals and beverages following hospitality service standards
* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
* Process bills and handle payments accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

* Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
* Good English communication skills
* Good French communication skills
* Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
