Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Server role based in Dakhla. The Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and entering them into the point-of-sale system. The role includes serving meals and drinks in a timely manner, checking on guest satisfaction, and responding to special requests or concerns. The Server will prepare tables, set up and clear dining areas, and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each service. Additional responsibilities include handling payments, following food safety and hygiene standards, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and supporting other team members during busy periods.
Qualifications

* Previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Ability to handle multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash or electronic payments accurately.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items, ingredients, and common dietary needs.
* Commitment to food safety, hygiene standards, and cleanliness in all work areas.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
* Team-oriented mindset, reliability in attendance, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Fluency in spoken English; additional language skills (such as French or Arabic) are an advantage.
