About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in a multinational leader in the Agro-Commodity sector. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture that drives performance and innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership and business units to develop and execute HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies that support business goals and improve organizational performance.
* Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of top talent for key roles across the organization.
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
* Manage change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and restructuring.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
* Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with HR teams to implement policies, programs, and practices that align with corporate values and business objectives.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve decision-making and performance outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across regions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or managerial role, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices in a fast-paced, global organization.
* Experience in the Agro-Commodity industry or a similar sector is preferred.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business needs.
* Fluent in [English/other languages] (additional languages are a plus).
