Overall Responsibilities and Duties: As an HR Generalist at Forvia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with our Group's policies and procedures. Your main missions will include:
Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
* Action Plans: Propose and participate in the deployment of action plans to enhance HR processes.
* Reporting: Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow-up indicators.
* Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
* New Hire Enrollments: Conduct new hire enrollments and training sessions.
* Employee Queries: Maintain employee files and answer queries related to payroll.
* Training Data: Assist in tracking training data for all departments and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* HR Correspondence: Prepare HR correspondence and plant communications.
* HR Initiatives: Participate in other HR initiatives as assigned by the Site HR Manager or Site Plant Manager.
* HR project management : Pilot of HR projects implementation and follow up (Digitalization …).
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
Experience: Experience in the HR function within an industrial environment.
Skills & Competencies
* Good knowledge of employment law.
* Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems.
* International mindset.
* Results orientation.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proficient in English.
