Bank Al Yousr is seeking experienced Senior Client Advisors to join our team in Casablanca on a permanent contract.

The positions are aimed at experienced profiles with a solid banking background and a strong customer orientation.

As a key player in the Moroccan banking sector, Bank Al Yousr, a strategic partnership between the Banque Centrale Populaire and the Saudi group Guidance, has established itself as a leading participatory bank.

We are expanding our network of agencies in Casablanca and are looking for Senior Client Advisors who can support clients daily, develop commercial relationships, and contribute to the agency's performance.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome, guide, and assist clients with their requests in the agency.
• Manage and follow up on a client portfolio.
• Propose banking products and services based on identified needs.
• Ensure quality service and client satisfaction.
• Develop commercial relationships while meeting the agency's objectives.
• Guarantee rigorous processing of banking operations and client requests.
• Actively participate in portfolio development and client loyalty.
• Contribute to the proper application of internal procedures and compliance rules.
• Represent the bank professionally to clients and partners.

• Candidate Requirements:
• Hold a degree of Bac+4 or Bac+5.
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Possess strong client relationship management skills in the banking sector.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
• Provide quality customer service in a demanding environment.
• Demonstrate results orientation, listening skills, and rigor.
