Maroc Climate and Security is looking for a Bilingual Management Controller to strengthen our finance team in Casablanca.

This position is suited for experienced professionals in management control who can ensure structured financial monitoring in a bilingual environment.

• Responsibilities:
• Monitor management and performance indicators.
• Produce analyses necessary for financial management of activities.
• Participate in the preparation of management reports and interpretation of variances.
• Contribute to the implementation of decision-making support tools.
• Assist teams in monitoring budgetary and operational data.
• Ensure the reliability of financial information used.
• Participate in optimizing control and reporting processes.

• Requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in management control within a multinational company.
• Good proficiency in both French and English.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Demonstrated organization, precision, and analytical skills.
