SEBN Maroc, a subsidiary of the Sumitomo Electric Group, is seeking to hire Field Support IT professionals to enhance its team in Salé.

This role is crucial for ensuring the continuity of IT support on-site in an industrial environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user requests and identify appropriate solutions for reported IT incidents.
• Provide remote or on-site assistance to resolve incidents promptly while adhering to performance and safety standards.
• Conduct regular diagnostics and maintenance of the IT equipment.
• Perform corrective maintenance on equipment, including PCs, printers, networks, and applications, according to a defined schedule.
• Draft installation procedures and user manuals.
• Ensure regular reporting and traceability of interventions.
• Participate in the initiation of production projects.
• Provide hotline support.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and other SEBN services as necessary.

• Candidate Requirements:
• Hold a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exhibit strong service orientation.
• Demonstrate responsiveness and teamwork skills.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be capable of thriving in a dynamic industrial environment.
• Show organizational skills, rigor, and commitment to service continuity.
