Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Radisson Hotel Group, you will be responsible for generating and developing business opportunities across various market segments (leisure, corporate, MICE, etc.). You will actively contribute to achieving the hotel’s revenue goals by building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and positioning our hotel as their preferred destination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment, and presentations.
• Prepare and follow up on offers, contracts, and proposals.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve personal and team revenue targets as defined in the sales plan.
• Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Opera/Salesforce).
• Coordinate closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales activity reports to the Sales Manager/Director.
• Stay informed about the hotel’s offerings, competitor activities, and market trends.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, etc.).
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and self-motivated.
• Flexibility to travel locally and occasionally attend events outside normal business hours.
