Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Reservations Specialist, based in Marrakesh. The Reservations Specialist will handle booking inquiries, assist customers with reservations, and ensure seamless communication with clients. Other responsibilities include managing sales-related tasks, providing excellent customer service, and occasionally training team members on reservation procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in managing Reservations and ensuring smooth booking processes
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients professionally
* Knowledge in Sales and ability to meet booking targets
* Experience in Training team members to maintain operational efficiency
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and French, is preferred
* Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
