Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development & Sales Expert to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in targeted educational markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to educational institutions and building strategic partnerships within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new school clients
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
* Identify and engage with potential channel partners and resellers
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
* Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
* Represent the company at educational conferences and industry events
* Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns and materials
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends
Requirements:
* 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Tech or SaaS
* Demonstrated success selling to schools, preferably international or private institutions
* Experience with consultative selling approaches and complex sales cycles
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with education stakeholders
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience with CRM systems and sales process documentation
* Willingness to travel within assigned region and meet clients
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in sales & consulting
* Experience selling enterprise software solutions
* Multilingual capabilities relevant to target region
* Knowledge of international education systems and structures
* Previous success with channel partner development
