JOB PURPOSE :

This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of vehicles within the designated region.

Main focus will be on enhancing sales volumes, understanding market dynamics, and ensuring an ambition & centered sales scenario to maximize value on sales & profit.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Oversee the model and zone & country sales volume planning within regions, build & develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the flow of vehicles, ensuring alignment with market demands and sales objectives.
* Work closely with Zones & Markets to gain insights into regional market dynamics. Build Market intelligence, digitalization across region
* Collaborate on brands & finance aimed at maximizing sales throughput while maintaining equilibrium in the profit process.
* Serve as a backup to the Sales Planning Manager, stepping in when necessary to ensure seamless operations and continuity in carflow management.


COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS :

* Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Adm, Economics.
* Experience: +4 years of on automotive, in sales/marketing/supply chain
* Language: C1 English
* Preferred Skills & Abilities: Strategic thinking, adaptability and communication
* Personal Traits: Ambitious, Creative, Compassionate
* Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: Prof. in MS Office and Power BI knowledge
* Mobility: 10%
