Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rabat. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, and address guest needs to provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the front office team, handling reservations, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring that all reception procedures are performed efficiently. The role involves fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and guide a front office team effectively.
* Experience in receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations and coordinating administrative tasks.
* Exceptional customer service capabilities with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
* Proficiency in handling reservations and managing booking systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and collaborate with team members.
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with hospitality management systems and prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
