Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Support

* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to P&C policies, benefits, leaves, and procedures.
* Support the above store and store-level teams in handling employee concerns or workplace issues with a high level of discretion.
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, and offboarding processes.

2. Payroll & Attendance Support

* Collect, validate, and submit payroll data (attendance, overtime, leaves) in coordination with the payroll team.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance records and time sheets for all employees.

3. HR Administration

* Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR databases (physical and digital).
* Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other official documents as requested.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly P&C reports and trackers (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave balances).

4. Compliance & Documentation

* Ensure P&C processes are aligned with labor laws and internal policies.
* Monitor the validity of employee documentation (e.g., contracts, visas, work permits, etc.).
* Assist in audits or internal checks related to employee records or P&C processes.

5. Operational & Store-Level Support

* Coordinate with store managers to ensure P&C-related matters are addressed timely and accurate.
* Provide support for seasonal hiring, employee file audits, and store HR visits when required.

Qualifications

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

* 2-4 years of experience in an HR support role.

Functional Knowledge:

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of labor laws and P&C best practices.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and P&C systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
* Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
