ROLE

We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK team, based at Sunderland.

This role will be central in supporting HR processes, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best professionals for our growing operations.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to onboarding new hires.
* Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
* Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
* Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and compliance with UK legislation.
* Assist with training coordination (plan, organize and archive proof of qualifications and certificates).
* Provide support for performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
* Collaborate on HR projects, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

* Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration (in-house or agency).
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
