Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Marrakesh. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing high-quality customer service, and conducting analytical evaluations to strengthen client relations. Daily tasks will include liaising with clients, planning strategic initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting the company's objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
* Strong connection with hotels and negotiating the best rates
* Analytical Skills and background in travel arrangement, dynamic and static tourism
* Exceptional relationship with tour operator to develope the current buisness and attracting new buisness.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in tourism, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
