Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Specialist located in Ouarzazate. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for managing travel and tourism services, communicating with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and developing sales and marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating travel plans, conducting tours, providing travel information, and ensuring client satisfaction.

* Experience in Travel & Tourism
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales and Marketing abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or related field
* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
