Knowledge & Experience:
* Proven experience with listing and optimizing products/services on major OTAs such as Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of how OTA algorithms work for visibility, ranking, and conversions.
* Familiarity with travel, tourism, or experience-based businesses (activities, tours, accommodations).

Technical Skills:
* Experience creating and managing OTA product pages: writing compelling titles and descriptions, uploading photos/videos, setting pricing, availability, and cancellation policies.
* SEO best practices specifically for OTA platforms and third-party marketplaces.
* Ability to analyze performance data from OTA dashboards and use insights to improve listings.

Research & Growth Abilities:
* Able to identify and onboard new OTA platforms and relevant marketplaces to expand client reach.
* Constantly researching trending platforms and finding strategic listing opportunities for clients.
* Knowledge of listing compliance, verification processes, and how to avoid common listing rejections.

Marketing & Content:
* Strong writing skills for creating high-converting and informative product/tour descriptions in English (French is a plus).
* Basic design/editing skills to optimize photos or visuals for OTA use.

Soft Skills:
* Attention to detail and highly organized.
* Ability to manage multiple client listings and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with OTAs, clients, and team members.

Education & Tools (preferred but not required):
* Degree or training in marketing, tourism, communications, or a related field.
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Trello/ClickUp, and analytics dashboards.
* Knowledge of marketplaces like Airbnb Experiences, Musement, Peek, etc., is a bonus.
