We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Marrakech as a Sales Support Specialist. This key role provides critical support ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to our clients and partners.
Missions and Responsibilities
As a part of the Alizés Private team, you will:
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners to secure reservations, confirmations, and necessary documentation for clients.
• Maintain an accurate partner database and update destination knowledge banks, including images and relevant information.
• Process bookings, payments, and invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Resolve booking issues or changes to travel arrangements, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
• Contribute to sales targets by providing operational support and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
• Post-high school degree in Sales, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
• Understanding of the luxury industry and high-end clientele expectations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to balance multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
