We are looking for a highly motivated HR Specialist to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR processes to ensure smooth workflow across the company.
Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
* Handle onboarding & offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws.
* Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
* Support performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
* Address employee questions and provide HR-related guidance.
* Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs.
* Prepare HR reports and documentation.
* Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
* Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
Required Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
* Minimum HR experience (internships included).
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic & French (English is a plus).
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
