As HR Manager, you will lead the full HR function across corporate, operational, and hospitality teams—ensuring that the brand’s people, culture, and talent strategies reflect its core values of sophistication, warmth, and authenticity. From workforce planning and talent acquisition to employee engagement and development, your leadership will drive a high-performance culture rooted in excellence and care.


Key Responsibilities

People & Culture Leadership

* Champion a culture of collaboration, respect, and professionalism aligned with the brand’s values.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, driving people-centric decisions that support business growth and cultural integrity.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

* Lead end-to-end recruitment for key functions, including hospitality, retail, marketing, guest services, operations, and management.
* Build strong local and international pipelines of talent that reflect the brand’s unique lifestyle positioning.
* Promote the employer brand across relevant channels and build long-term recruitment strategies in alignment with expansion plans.

Employee Relations & Experience

* Ensure clear communication, transparency, and consistency across all levels of the organisation.
* Resolve employee concerns with discretion and professionalism, fostering a trusting and positive work environment.
* Lead employee onboarding, induction, and engagement initiatives to ensure a strong sense of belonging and purpose.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

* Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and operational needs.
* Contribute to workforce planning, succession design, and performance management frameworks tailored to the brand’s evolution.
* Provide data-driven insights and reporting to guide organisational decision-making.

Training, Development & Growth

* Design and implement training and development programs that support both personal and professional growth.
* Coach managers and team leads to become better leaders and brand ambassadors.
* Identify and nurture high-potential individuals for future leadership roles.

HR Operations, Compliance & Policy

* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with Moroccan labour law and international best practices.
* Oversee accurate and timely payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
* Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintaining integrity and fairness in all HR processes.

Culture & Community

* Lead cultural initiatives that honour the brand’s Moroccan roots while embracing international luxury standards.
* Organise employee wellness, recognition, and engagement programs that reflect the brand’s lifestyle ethos.
* Act as a trusted internal ambassador for the brand’s values, tone, and employee promise.

Ideal Profile

* Luxury, Lifestyle or Hospitality Background: At least 8 years of HR experience within high-end hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle, or design-driven environments.
* Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of Moroccan labour laws, culture, and employment practices; fluency in French and Arabic is required.
* Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to hire across diverse functions—corporate, creative, and operational—while maintaining brand integrity.
* Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to move between high-level HR strategy and detailed execution in a growing, agile organisation.
* People-First Approach: A confident, empathetic leader who inspires trust, nurtures talent, and leads with emotional intelligence.
* Communication & Discretion: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the diplomacy and discretion expected in a luxury environment.
